They’ve developed and produced content at every stage of the pipeline and understand the internal pressures, from creative and production to technical, distribution, and marketing, that shape decision-making inside networks and studios.
Micheal Smith
Co-CEO
“In all things first be service minded” is the mantra that has guided Micheal Smith’s nearly 30-year career in radio, television, marketing, and entertainment. That philosophy has led him to hold senior leadership roles across major media companies, including serving as General Manager for Swirl Films. His career spans broadcast radio and television, national network marketing, and original content production, giving him a rare, holistic understanding of how ideas move from concept to execution inside real-world systems.
Throughout his career, Micheal has led creative, marketing, and programming teams responsible for launching brands and producing original unscripted television. As a show creator and executive producer, he has overseen the development of more than 100 episodes of original programming in a single year, earning multiple Emmy nominations and awards. Today, he brings decades of cross-platform experience in media, marketing, and production to help shape scripted and unscripted projects that align creative vision with business strategy and audience impact.
Keith Thomas
Co-CEO
Keith Thomas brings more than 25 years of experience as a producer, director, and Director of Photography, shaping some of television’s most recognizable series and branded content. His credits include A Very Brady Renovation, Snapped, Say Yes to the Dress, My Strange Addiction, and Fatal Attraction, among many others. His career spans lifestyle, true crime, and documentary storytelling, giving him a deep understanding of both creative execution and audience-driven programming. After senior tenures at Scripps and Warner Bros./Discovery, Keith was recruited as a launch executive at Magnolia Network, where he played a key role in one of the most successful linear network rollouts in recent history. Today, he develops and showruns series while consulting with networks and production companies on projects across true crime, lifestyle, home, food, and documentary formats. A multi-hyphenate creative and executive, Keith brings a calm, focused leadership style grounded in his personal mantra: “Do.”
